How To Receive a Miracle

Miracles 2I would really love to meet someone who has made a huge change in their life and didn’t experience any type of stress or anxiousness before it happened. If that’s you, then touche┬┤ my friend! But for the majority of us it’s just a reality of change and I am no exception to that rule! Continue reading

KISS… Keep It Simple Sweetheart

K-I-S-S

I was reminded indirectly the other day to Keep It Simple Sweetheart. KISS, the best word ever! I have never forgotten this acronym since someone mentioned it to me years ago. (Just for a bit of trivia┬áI also heard on the radio that humans kiss for an average of 14 days straight during their lifetime… totally off topic, but I thought it was interesting!)

The world is such an amazing place with so many possibilities and opportunities. Butterflies pop Continue reading

Keep Believing…

SunflowerWe have the ability to change our lives so quickly, however we must be open to it and believe that we can. I have just read The Challenge I posted six months ago with a description of how I felt Christmas Eve last year. While reading it, I felt like I was almost reading someone elses story! I have come such a long way since then. I know it’s not quite Christmas Eve yet, but this morning I got up with no alarm, headed to the pool for a swim, leisurely picked up a few groceries on the way home and then ate breakfast on my balcony, looking out over the tree tops, listening to birds tweet. I did this! I made the choice to change my life and it’s happening. Continue reading

Techo Tuesday

There is something to be said about working out how to communicate using all the fantastic technology available to us these days. I’m fairly green to the ‘technology’ world – but I think it is more out of fear of information overload that I stay clear rather than anything else. Everything links up and I get confused and overwhelmed by it all. The control freak in me doesn’t like things to upload onto multiple social media platforms automatically (…haha! technical term I learnt a little while ago, it has nothing to do with trains or shoes). However, if you want to start your own business you gotta get jiggy with what’s out there and how it works. Continue reading

53 Days and Couldn’t Be Happier

Wow! It has been 53 days since I began focusing on immersing my passions into everyday life. What a trip it has been so far, and I say that in the most positive frame of mind. With every leap, hurdle and sprint I take, the more life seems to offer. I truly believe this is because I am focused on MY happiness, rather than taking action focused on how I can please others and what society thinks happiness should be. The only person who really knows how to be happy is you! Continue reading

Harmony Week

I woke up last night at 1.30am and couldn’t get back to sleep until about 4am. The only reason I didn’t get up to do some work on the computer was that is was so bloody cold! There were millions of thoughts flying around in my head. Setting up my market stall, getting a business logo made, hitting the study books to continue learning, updating my finances, when I will get a new car, setting up my new work space, building bookshelves, how will I attract new clients, decorating my office and stall, I really should eat better, what I will do first, those possums on the roof are noisy… the list goes on and on and on! The Itch

Itchy FeetI’m starting to itch. It’s not a flea itch or one of those deep ear canal itches. It has a slight feeling of a nervous itch, but only at times. It’s not an itch where it hurts but feels so good you can’t stop, and it’s definitely not a contagious itch. Thankfully it’s not one of those itches you can’t quiet reach or one that you can’t find the right spot. My friends… it is the frivolous itch of change. Continue reading

Possum Pep Talk

I sat down on the front porch this evening after my day at work, just breathing in the fresh air and contemplating my day. I was sitting in the dark which was a little unusual, but the moon was bright so I didn’t need to put the light on. I love looking out into the distance and feeling grateful for all that I have now and what tomorrow will bring. I pondered the miraculous, and how good advice can come when you least expect it. Usually when you need it the most. Continue reading
