I would really love to meet someone who has made a huge change in their life and didn’t experience any type of stress or anxiousness before it happened. If that’s you, then touche´ my friend! But for the majority of us it’s just a reality of change and I am no exception to that rule! Continue reading
Intuition. It plays a huge part of who we are and how moments in our life come to pass. It was a Friday, I had a huge to-do-list of planning for the year ahead, however I found myself continuously looking out my office window. My body was pulling to go for a walk in nature and my mind was playing guilt trips on me ‘you really should be doing this…’. But of course knowing what I know, I couldn’t ignore the pull and promptly turned off the computer and headed towards the national park. Continue reading
And it feels so good!!
Interesting, today marks the beginning of 2014 Year of the Horse and I’ve just realised that for the majority of 2013 Year of the Snake, I was blogless… which is not as uncanny as it first may seem.
The year of the Snake was all about personal transformation, keeping low to the ground, Continue reading
We have the ability to change our lives so quickly, however we must be open to it and believe that we can. I have just read The Challenge I posted six months ago with a description of how I felt Christmas Eve last year. While reading it, I felt like I was almost reading someone elses story! I have come such a long way since then. I know it’s not quite Christmas Eve yet, but this morning I got up with no alarm, headed to the pool for a swim, leisurely picked up a few groceries on the way home and then ate breakfast on my balcony, looking out over the tree tops, listening to birds tweet. I did this! I made the choice to change my life and it’s happening. Continue reading
There is something to be said about working out how to communicate using all the fantastic technology available to us these days. I’m fairly green to the ‘technology’ world – but I think it is more out of fear of information overload that I stay clear rather than anything else. Everything links up and I get confused and overwhelmed by it all. The control freak in me doesn’t like things to upload onto multiple social media platforms automatically (…haha! technical term I learnt a little while ago, it has nothing to do with trains or shoes). However, if you want to start your own business you gotta get jiggy with what’s out there and how it works. Continue reading
I am still twirling in my market happy energy from last Saturday! The whole day was amazing and the work leading up to the Home Festival was definitely worth it. From the moment I arrived to set up just after 9am I could feel the good vibes and community spirit filling the park. I instantly knew that it was going to be a good day 🙂 Continue reading
Wow! It has been 53 days since I began focusing on immersing my passions into everyday life. What a trip it has been so far, and I say that in the most positive frame of mind. With every leap, hurdle and sprint I take, the more life seems to offer. I truly believe this is because I am focused on MY happiness, rather than taking action focused on how I can please others and what society thinks happiness should be. The only person who really knows how to be happy is you! Continue reading
What an awesome day, the milestones just keep on rolling in! Today I have launched my business page, Seed to Soul on Facebook. Yay! It’s such an awesome feeling to be flying full steam ahead with my dreams. This page will allow everyone to know what markets I’ll be Face Reading at and when. It will also be spiced with little pieces of info to immerse into your days, moving you all the more closer to real happiness and contentment in your life. Continue reading
The universe is an amazing place you know – and when all the planets line up for that moment in time, life could be described as pure bliss. The more we let go of the things we no longer need, the more room we make for opportunity, self expansion and our own happiness. A little over a week ago I was asked if I would like to do Face Reading at Brisbane’s annual Body Mind Spirit Festival. Initially I thought ‘Really? You want me?’, but I quickly changed that thought to ‘Yes!’ and grabbed the opportunity. Continue reading
